Default 12.7 Program change bug

Steps to reproduce :

1. Create a midi track
2. Record a Midi Program Change on that track (I do this with the Bricasti reverb)
3. At this point it should works fine
4. Move the program change (little box) inside the clip.
5. Now the program change doesn't recall my Bricasti preset anymore

This was working great in 12.6. Didn't test in 12.6.1

Please have a look Avid !

Thanks
