Purchased Mackie CR3-XBT's, registered but don't have 'Musician Collection' Plugins?
I have purchased MACKIE CR3-XBT speakers that come with Pro Tools First and a 'Musician Collection' set of plug ins.
I used the link provided (avid.com/pro-tools-first-mackie) As I had an existing account used the sign in option and entered the serial number of the product along with my login. I was sent to my account page but can see nowhere to download/redeem the 'Musician Collection' set of plugins. Full details of the offer here (https://mackie.com/blog/mackie-partners-pro-tools-first) There is an AVID support case for this: 04162719 What should I do? |
