Hi, I hope you've already solved this problem but I'd like to share how I just solved it cuz this is the first webpage when I searched this problem lol
After setting up Focusrite USB ASIO as the playback engine, you should then setup the Output and Bus in the I/O. Make sure the Output and Bus have the same name, and then tick the box of "Mapping to output" in Bus. Highly recommend to watch this https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HLOEFhSDIGk&t=38s

If you can, change the sample rate to 44.1 unless the interface is default at 48. Pro tools first only works at 44.1 on my system, even when I switch, or did you allow the interface to be read by the computer? Did you get s pop up screen from the cpu for the interface?
