How do I get a click working Pro Tools LE 6.2.3

How do I get a click working in Pro Tools? Do I need an external Midi device? if so what can I use with the Mbox?
or is there a software plugin I can use? if so, what is the name of it and where can I get it?

There should be a plugin that comes with Pro Tools called "click," available as an insert on an aux & audio track (use it on the aux). This plugin comes with PT 6.x for free. Set your tempo on your expanded transport window or pull down the MIDI menu up top.

If you have trouble, you may want to try going to the Digi home page then go to "DISK" which has a short tutorial movie on seting up a click track, called "click track and recording" or something to that effect.
There are other hlpfull tutorials there too.
