Default PT9 bug: Hard panning reopening centered

I didn't find anything searching, and was wondering if anyone else has encountered this.

I have noticed on a couple of recent mixes that random tracks that were saved hard-panned L or R are coming back centered when I reopen the session. This is of course annoying and disconcerting. I've so far only encountered it with mono tracks.

I'm running PT 9.03, OS 10.6.7 on an original MacPro Quad 2.66.

Any insight would be appreciated.

P.S. Don't get me started on all the bus madness.
