I just started having a CPU issue in PT 2018.12, and went to to see if an update would fix it. When I checked Avid App manager it only gave me the option to open 2018.12.
I went to my Avid account, and all of my download files are missing. Any idea what I can do to fix this, and get my downloads back in my account? |

Avid App manager is an unreliable mess. The advice from many other users here for years now has been to remove it. There is a uninstaller on you system. Use it.
Make sure you are looking under the downloads pull down for a product, the avid.com products page layout could be easier, if you see no downloads at all that is a likely mistake. |
