AVID App Manager Never Updated PT, and all Downloads are missing from my Avid Acct
I just started having a CPU issue in PT 2018.12, and went to to see if an update would fix it. When I checked Avid App manager it only gave me the option to open 2018.12.
I went to my Avid account, and all of my download files are missing. Any idea what I can do to fix this, and get my downloads back in my account?

Avid App manager is an unreliable mess. The advice from many other users here for years now has been to remove it. There is a uninstaller on you system. Use it.
Make sure you are looking under the downloads pull down for a product, the avid.com products page layout could be easier, if you see no downloads at all that is a likely mistake.
