Re-Linking Files - Navigating to Relevant Folder
There has got to be a better way.
I'm in the middle of a collaborative project which requires me to regularly re-link audio files in sessions that have been passed between studios. When I open a session I will opt to manually re-link the files and the Re-Link Workspace window pops up. So then I need to navigate my volume structure to get somewhere near enough to the files so that I don't need to search broadly multiple hard disks for the files. Volumes > Work Drive > Dropbox > Active Sessions > Client Directory > Project Directory > Sub-Directory > Sub-Directory. . . . I'm familiar with Catalogs but I don't want to maintain and update an index. I just need an easier way to get to the same folders I routinely need to access. Am I missing something or is this is just a glaring oversight in the design of the Workspace dialog? Where are the fav directories? |
