Default ptf File conversion

I did a session last week, saved all the takes of each song together in its own folder,(should have used play lists maybe) total of 6 folders, 3 takes per song in each then burned each folder to DVD for the client to take home and mix. He's now telling me that he cant open the "title 1.ptf" in Logic like he thought? (didnt know you could do that) so now he wants each "take" in a folder, with only the rough tracks, no fade files, no session backups...
what do I save and convert WAV to get this client what he needs???

PT 8, Powermac G5, OSX 10.5.8, 002, octopre, WD external, at 8200 rpm,

Default Re: ptf File conversion

Open each session and consolidate all audio tracks so that each track is a single audio file(region). Then highlight all the audio in the edit window, open the regions bin and choose Export Regions as Files. I would create a folder on the desktop for each song and send the files to these folders. Keep the files in the same bit depth and sample rate of the session. Any DAW should be able to import audio in either wave or aiff format(most Mac-based DAW's can also handle SD II files, but that's an older format that doesn't get much use these days). Once all the files are exported to the folders, burn them to CD or DVD, or just drag the folders to an external hard drive and send the drive
