Default Billing issue with Monthly Subscription

AVID is pissing me off. Got another problem from them besides this stupid AAE-9173. I am on a monthly plan, my last payment was on 01/03/17. Today they tried to pull next months payment 5 days before my subscription ends, I didn't have the money in my account so they put my subscription on hold, and I still have 5 days left for this months subscription, technically I have till this coming Friday 02/03/17.

I called them and all they did was put in a help ticket, I still cant use my Pro Tools and I have a session tonight.
So far I have only had Pro Tools for 4 months and here are my issues.
1. AAE ERROR 9173 still not fixed
2 iLOk key wouldn't let me in 2 times already, Avid had to fix this issue both times.
3. Their electronic payments are all inconsistent, causing my account to be put on hold. Here are the dates they randomly pull from my account
9/7/16, 10/7/16, 12/13/16, 01/03/17, then today 01/30/17

Really thinking about moving over to Ableton Live.

Hello A-Cee,

Your subscription start is the 1st of the month, and you have "Pro Tools Subscription" and "Pro Tools Plan" licenses in your account good through 1/31/2017. Please activate these and deactivate any expired licenses. We have also deposited temp licenses today just in case your billing issue does not get resolved in time so that your use of Pro Tools is not interrupted.

Avid CS will look into your billing issues and work to resolve those though your support case.
