Artist Mix stopped working
My Artist mix quit on me. It is on and boots up. It shows up in Eucon surfaces. I am using protools and it used to be fine but for some reason it is not connecting to protools. I am using a mac mini and an ethernet cabledonnecting the Artist Mix to the mac. Am I missing somethong in protools that I need to do?

Is Eucon enabled in the setup>peripherals window?

What version of all the software, OS, PT EUCON. Does the EuControl Workstation page show it attached on the right. Check the Applications tab..is PT listed, if not add it.
