Pro Tools 10/11 licence and download missing from account

I'm in a very similar spot. I'm not able to find my HD 10/11 license anywhere but on my iLok and I've got someone who'd like to purchase them. Any clue as to what my options are?

Hello, I found this thread for the same issue I'm having not being able to see my PT11 license under my avid account.

When I login into iLok I can see it there.

I submitted a case to avid already if there's anything you can do to help please

Protools 11 versions 11.3.2 was the last version installed. I've upgraded os system and want to buy an upgrade pro tools perpetual license but the rep doesn't know how to help since I cannot find my last Pro Tools version under my avid account.
