Transport Controls on Avid Artist Mix
I am encountering issues with the transport controls on the Avid Artist Mix.
When I chose the "Shift" layer on the surface and press SOLO and ON button (which act as transport controls after "shifted"), there is no response at all, not from any single button. PLAY, STOP, REC, etc, doesn't work. Do I have to configure the settings in Pro Tools or EuControl for this to work? If yes, how? Thanks.
