Running 9 for a while and updated to 9.0.3 this week(with no change to this issue). All works fine except every session opens with the tracks bin(left side of the MIX window) open. Doesn't matter how I save or close. Anybody got a solution to this minor PITA?

I guess I hadn't noticed that because I like it open. The only workaround I know of is to add a Window Configuration to every session with it closed (and all other Mix window settings as you prefer, of course). On session open, type .1* or whatever Config number you choose, and it will close it. At least it's a little quicker than moving your mouse to the lower left corner and clicking.

Really? If you close that window and save and close the session, are you saying that it comes back on the next open? WTF???

Yep, same thing happens to me. Thought I read in a thread right after 9.0.5 came out that this was a confirmed bug.

Yes. Its been going on for a while now. Granted its a single mouse click to close it, but like you said........WTF?

Tried all the usual tricks like trashing prefs, saving, closing with Alt-F4 and saving, or not saving......

The open Track List in the Mix Window has been an out-standing issue since Pro Tools 8.0.0.
