Zoom memory buttons doesn't work as expected...

I save a "zoom preset" using, let's say, "Save Zoom Preset button 1" (or 2, 3, 4 or 5 buttons - it's always the same).

Then I edit the sizes of the tracks in the Edit view - both horizontally and vertically - using the horizontal & vertical zoom buttons.

But when I try to recall my default zoom preset savet using button 1 (or any other button I used to save the preset) it only recalls the original horizontal settings, but not the vertical ones.

I tried everything I could possibly imagine and it never works.

Is that a bug or am I missing something?

No apologies needed as your English is fine. AFAIK, this is the correct operation(zoom presets do not store vertical settings).

It would be great if both horizontal and vertical settings were stored.

Anyway, at least now I know that it's not a problem with my system.

Look at the quick-zoom function. Highlight a region and hit the "E" key(with keyboard focus turned on). Also, read up on this setting in preferences as it may be something that works for you(I use it quite a bit).
