Default Boot Camp

I'm using a Mac Pro 2.66 machine with PTHD3, 192 i/o and C/24. I tried to use boot camp but Windows could not recognize my journal formated hard drives. I'm I missing something, a driver perhaps? I'd like to share my audio drive with both OSs. Can it be done?
