Manhattan Studio Share Available

Looking for a composer, engineer, etc. interested in sharing my small recording studio in Manhattan near the Port Authority. I am usually not there M-F 9-6 PM. 2 rooms, windows, great views of the city. Top floor, quiet, safe & centrally located. This is a must-see! Close to 300 square feet total.
