Avid Ethernet Support(x64) missing????

When installing pro tools it says my Avid Ethernet Support (x64) is missing,

Drivers are all up to date.

any thoughts?

Do you still have your Windows 7 OS and Pro Tools application on separate drives? From your other thread:

If so, that might explain missing components. And as Craig F asked, which version of Pro Tools are you trying to install, and where are you trying to install it?

Any previous versions of Pro Tools installed on your C drive?
