Blue Faders vs. New faders
Hi Folks,
I'm looking to buy a fader expansion for my Blue D-Command and I'd like to have some input from you guys. - Is there a big difference between the original faders and the new ones? - Are the faders the same in all blue revisions? (I understand they did A, B C and D). - Would you go for a virtually new "oldfaders" or a used "newfaders"? Thanks! Jordi |

Re: Blue Faders vs. New faders
It seems to be hit or miss.
For example. I have old faders installed on my D Command and have had NO problems. However, I did get 8 of the new faders just in case, but they've been sitting in a box for several years. However, at another studio I use, their D Command faders (original) are TERRIBLE. Maybe I have a different revision? Not sure, they are from the same time period. |
