Default Help with tempo change

I just recorded some drum tracks with a friend using a drum machine. He gave me the wrong BPM at 155. I need to change it to 115. I change the bpm to 115 and the tempo stays the same. Any thoughts?

Is the marker set to where you want the tempo change to start?

I am guessing the conductor track is NOT enabled

Make sure there are NO other tempo markers in the session other than one at the beginning. When you import from say an OMF or midi file you have the option to import in MIDI what the original tempo was or not.

Perhaps you need PT's "Identify Beat"-function...

Thanks for all your suggestions. It's looking like we're going to have to do it over.
