Default 4 attempts at downloading """SOLVED""""

Hi all especially DIGI SUPPORT,

I have attempted to download my PT8 upgrade purchase 4 times. Each time the whole file downloads but the CAB 2 file is always corrupted when I unzip. I have tried I.E and FIREFOX using the DIGI DOWNLOAD application and still no success. Also it takes 15 hours per download via our broadband provider.

Any suggestions appreciated.

Thanks,

Big D

Wow! I can get it all in about 15 min.

Um COMPLETLY disable your Virus stuff. I dont even use anti V on my PT rig. I dl every thing through the network via a dif box then move it to the pt rig. Ill post it for you in a FTP area if you realy want me to and then you can try pulling it down from there. But 20 30 min should be the max for a download.

Hi FULLSOUND.

Thanks for the Offer. I ended up going to a friends place and downloading it there. Our server is supplied via Microwave Radio as we are Semi Rural, so I guess that was causing some issue. My friend is on ADSL2 so he downloaded it in 2 hours. The files seems to be intact so I will attempt an install as soon as it copies to my hard drive from data DVD.

Will let you know the outcome.

Thanks again,

Big D
