Sounds like AVID need to get involved. That's just wrong. The promotion is attached to each (expensive) Avid license after all.

(also, I have a studio account with 10 of these and they each generate their own code so it is dumb if this is how it is "supposed to work.")

Well, I tried to claim a free plugin and I got the error message that my voucher requires a specific quantity of products in your cart. Please check the voucher requirements.

I tried several new ones... And an old one just for kicks. The old dog worked. I guess that means some plugins are too new and nice for us to pick from. Perhaps a list of which ones are available would be great?

I don’t think so. The Avid weblink takes you to the 130 plugs which are included in the deal.

I had sucess with two plugins (in two separarate buys)
But the discount code is not accepted to every plugin as I have seen.
