Computer, OSX ver, Processor, interface?

Looks like a crash in M-Audio MIDI driver perhaps? Digidesign.plugin.M-Audio Keyboard (SOCCreateObject)

Try un-installing any M-Audio drivers and unplugging the USB MIDI devices to make sure Pro Tools launches OK, then reinstall one at a time to try to isolate the trouble.
