Electrical Noise at Audio Output
I have an output problem. I can hear electrical noise that accompanies my audio. I think it's actually a computer problem but i was wondering if anyone else hasa ahd similar problems. I can hear software programs opening up, the sound becomes different in frequency content as more software programs are opened. I can hear a change in the sound if I move the mouse. Also, I am running a Mac G4 w/1.25 GHz processer and 1024 of RAM. The sound is not there when I am merely listening through the front speaker on the computer, it only happens when I hook the computer up to a PA System. Please HELP!!!
Thanks a lot,

Re: Electrical Noise at Audio Output
Hi,
first thing I would check are cables. Unplug/replug them one at the time and see if/when the sound dissapears, change the faulty cable. From what I've experienced, 99% of the time it's a faulty wire. The other 1% is noisy equipement.
