Im getting a 001! But can u help with my computer??

Hi ya folks.. ive finaly tracked down a 001 that i can afford! with PT 5.3.1 (i think) and cant wait to get started...
But im not so sure if my system will beable to handle much... what do you think...

I have a :

Abit KT7Raid M/b
800mhz Athlon Tbird
512 Sdram
2X 5400 Maxtor 40 gig drives (thinking of upgrading to 7200 WD or Seagate)
64meg Geforce 2 Grfx...
Running windows XP

The 001 has the 32 track upgrade and i plan to mix 5.1 and bands for my dissatation...

Do you think my system will be ok for this??
I should realy wait and see but I would realy apreciate any feedback as i must start looking at building another computer otherwise!!

looks ok, but you should disable the raid-controller, and it is probably a good idea to get a faster HD (7200 rpm), but you will be able to do something with this system. Just make sure you install windows and ptle on one disk, and use the other disk for recording your sessions to.

When the time comes, you probably want to get a faster cpu...but this one should work fine..

If I were you I would buy a new system.. You won't be able to get 32 tracks with that system.. Things are so cheap now anyways..
