Pro Tools HD Plan license expired on an active Pro Tools HD Upgrade and Support Plan
I have just been warned that my PT HD subscription, which I renewed, is going to expire. I just filed a case number 03083257. This is the second license I have renewed. The first one worked fine: had a new license in my iLok account and I could update and run within minutes. The second one was renewed over a week ago and is now expiring today, but no license available to update.
Please be very quick about the license moving into my iLok account. Doug |
