Default how to install Wave 3rd party plugins to PT 11

I need help loading Wave's Native power pack plugins to my pro tools 11.
I have installed them but there not loading into PT's now this is just a demo pack, I wanted to check it out first before buying them. Really would love the help.

Also for V11 of Pro Tools if your all set with an account...
Look for;
"AAX Native is now supported - Download Now"

Yeah - the demos of Waves plugs doesn't download the aax64 Waveshell. Separate download.
