GPI Talkback State
I have a rather odd problem to solve. Here is the system info:
2018 Mac Pro PT version 2022.5 Dadman Version 5.4.5 Matrix IO with 3 input and 3 output cards Sync X I have an audio control room with a producer's desk and a video control room. I am installing talkback triggers at the producer's desk and in the video control room. I have figured that out. That's the easy part. What I am hoping to do is be able to read the talkback state, so that I can install a light that will alert the users that talkback is on so they remember to turn it off. In the S6 user's guide p.238 there is a chart that defines pins 18 and 6 as GPIO 1 A and B, and says the function is "talkback", but there is no other info about what that means. This seems to indicate that I could read the talkback state through those pins, but does anyone have any experiance with this? |
