Default Waves + iLok
I bought waves Gold bundle this weekend. Then I was offered to upgrade to platinum. Which I did. Now I go into my account in waves, and it shows my license with the status of "Pending Unlisted Upgrade". And I can't enter my iLok account info or anything. Is this right? Or do I have to wait till Monday to call? Thanks

Actually, Waves Tech support is normally available on Sunday. Although it is a holiday weekend, so they may be closed today.

Give them a call and see.

He said he never saw that message before, and couldn't help me. The guy wanted me to call the sales department in the morning. Strap in.
