Creating a new send causes CPU spike...
I have a variety of aux's created on an LE system (usually around 6-8 stereo aux's) and a conservative amount of tracks and plugs. What I've been noticing is when I send out from a track to an aux, occassionaly I will get a CPU spike up to 100% and then I lose communication with my Digi002. I'll save my session, quit of PT, and then re-open. After that, I get no problems with the created send and my CPU usage is down to where it was prior.
I do have UAD plugs, but pulled them out of the system to see if the bug still occurred. It does! I'm running PT6.9.2 on OSX.4.3 - Waves gold 4.0 / BF plugs. I have 3.5 GB of RAM on a G52x2.0. Is anyone else having this problem? Thanks in advance, C |
