Current Firewire drives?
Hi All
Does anyone have a suggestion for an external drive enclosure (loaded or unloaded) with the TWO FW400 ports I would need to record from a laptop? (And, of course, the Oxford 911 chipset...) Been looking at LaCies D2, but they only seem to have one 400 port. And two FW800. A USB 2.0. An eSATA etc... Cheers Sparks

Re: Current Firewire drives?
+1 on the OWC drives. I picked up one of these recently, OX911 w/two FW 400 ports and a USB2 with a 250GB Seagate Barracuda for $129.00. Works great.
250 GB OWC Mercury Elite AL Pro
