can't remove project from cloud or delete it

i want to remove a project that hasn't been working from the cloud and delete it. ive been getting this error message whenever i try to open it:

Could not complete your request because The parameter is incorrect. (87) c:\Users\Jeff and Karen\Documents\Pro Tools\Project Cache\9jqpxcu1lbSOHyVssWvjcb\UhiycyDDknyI0veQi0INz a.ptproject\Revision History\Manual Saves\0039.ptpx.

when i tried to remove it from cloud it said it can't remove it cause it wasn't synched. i tried to delete it and it didn't do anything. i need to get rid of this so i have more room in the cloud for 3 projects
