Default DIGI & Studio Vision Pro 4.5.1 sync problem

I finaly got my favorit sequencer Vision up running on my G4, and of cause now want to run it in sync with digi, like I used to do with Logic. I followed the instuctions in the PT manual, and first start worked fine, but as soon as I stop and start again I get something like "operating system is holding interrupts for too long, try to increase buffer size" even though I'm not using any plugins!!! So it will only run in sync with buffer size 1024, and that wont work when recording due to the latency...
Whenever I reboot it always works the first time
Does anyone know what the heck is going on???
