Why is PT9 gone from "my products" in my avid account?????
A couple of weeks ago I bought PT9 crossgrade license from ebay and successfully registered on avid webside, got the ilok license from avid, and downloaded the installers----of course from "my products" after logging into my avid account.
But just a couple of minutes ago when I log in it's no longer there. Anyone could tell me what's going on? And, so far I haven't received any notice or explanation about this from avid.
