Default Digi,can i go back to 6.7cs2?

Just wondering if i can go back to 6.7cs2.things were really stable with RMX in cs2 but since moving to cs3 i am having some real problems.my second system is running smooth on 6.7cs2
can i just install cs2 and will it just overwrite cs3?
both systems are: g5 dual 1.8(1st gen) 2gig ram /os 10.3.5
Thanks in advance.

For anybody that needs to:
you can go backwards but ya gotta go all the way back to 6.7
the cs ver. will not let you overwrite to a previous cs ver.
just reinstall 6.7(that will overwrite a cs ver) then do the cs ver as needed.
worked for me

Hello,

I was advised by Digi to uninstall first! using the install CD and using the uninstall option, then re-install the software and do the cs updates from there!!

during uninstall have have the option to soft uninstall! which dosn'e remove all the Digi files, just the ones from the program.

Regards

Chris

hey chris, thanks for the info. i just went back to 6.7 and then did the updates. everything on the pt side is cool, but i still have the RMX problem. after testing RMX i do believe i have the same problem in 6.7 just didn't realize it at the time. the problem is just in groove mode. in slice mode i'm fine.
i'm still testing to see if i can figure this one out.
thanks again for your help.
