Session8 File Conversion
Thinking of upgrading Session8 PC to ProTools for NT is really exciting... But...
I think that Professional working with Session8 PC needs a tool to convert his old session files to the ProTools Session Format. I talked to several people at Digidesign and after this I don't think they are going to release some kind of conversion-tool. It can't be impossible. Digidesign should know that for professional working people it's a must to be able to use older session files. A conversion tool would be a strong aspect for the decision wether to upgrade to ProTools for NT or not. Is anybody out there understanding what I'm talking about?
