In looking at the Mbox Mini Bundle on ZZounds here today;

It clearly states in the product listing, and with no cutoff dates;

"Buy any Pro Tools + Mbox bundle and receive free downloads of Eleven LE, Strike, and Velvet plugins when you register online."

I'm seeing others posting in the DUC this was only valid until Dec 31, 2011? How to get in touch with Avid support to see what the story is and if they will honor this or if they have extended the offer

Avid had stated this clearly when the special offer was running. That's precisely why you can't find any info on it, because the special ended on Dec. 31st.

Zzounds has not bothered to update their site, but that's their problem, and Avid is under no obligation to honor it.
