Bank stuck on A

Im telling this second hand as I am in Tokyo on a show and a friend is subbing for me on another show. Dshow is set up to run each surface seperatly, the main surface wont change from (out of) bank A, he says its stuck on A and can not switch between banks, the sidecar works fine. He has tried shutting down both consoles surfaces and stage/FOH racks but it (the main surface) still locks up on Bank A. Anyone have any solutions??

Any strange reasons for him to have safe buttons active on all 8 faders and OPTIONS > INTERACTION > Input Safe Switches > Act as Bank Safes? Probably not... just an idea...

this happened to a guy i know, who had used the file with only a d-show and then went to use it with a profile. funny thing was, there was a lot of guys who were really familiar with the console and it took really long for the guys to realize it's the bank- safe thing.

No Bank safes. It just won't get out of bank A.

Then you probably have an hardware failure, contact Venue Field Service and they will help.
