PC EuCon adapter not showing in Cubase 5.5.2

I have downloaded the Eucon adapter license from Steinberg, but the Eucon adapter is still not showing up in the Cubase "Device Setup" page.
Am I missing step?
Is it possible I need to re-install Cubase?

Still not working.
I have tried every combination of Re-installing/Un- installing both the Eucon Software and Cubase 5.
I even went back to Cubase version 5.0 then 5.1
I am stuck on this one.
Anyone else get it working?

Cubase 5.5.2 32/62bit Windows 7 64bit

I expected the drivers to be broken, but this is a very irritating

AVID PLEASE HELP!!!!

I am going to be pretty bummed out if its for 32 bit apps only ( avid dont ya think the reason many use windows is for the well developed 64 bit programs??)

I have it working in Cubase32 bit only.
After:
install Eucon Control software.
Un-install Cubase 32bit
Install cubase 5.0 from disk,
Install Cubase 5.5.2 update.
Manualy copy the euconadapter.dll file from "C:\Program Files (x86)\Euphonix\Eucon\Cubase 5\components"
Into the Cubase 5 32 bit components folder.

Still no luck with 64bit.

The eucon adapter is there just cubase isn't seeing it...

At first it showed up in Cubase 32bit but when you selected it in Device Setup it said "device failed to start" or something like that.
After reinstalling Cubase, it then worked, but remember to manually copy ovet that .dll file

Euphonix support is saying:
"64 bit apps aren't supported with eucontrol"


So currently only 32bit Cubase will work.

I got my MC Control Working in Cubase 5 64 bit in HUI mode,
After running the Euphonix driver installer sonfirm the app is seeing your surface by clicking the eucon icon and adding it if its not there.
Go to the windows control panel,
There is a euphonix icon, double click it
Click the Add button,
browse for the Cubase 5 exe icon in c:Program files / steinberg / cubase 5,
Choose it and select HUI as the protocol on midi ports 1-4
Close that,
boot cubase,
go to device setup and add a mackie HUI device
Choose Euphonix port 1 as the input and output,
Ok
All done,

Should work fine for you , it does for me!

*EDIT* its only working for the first 8 channels at the moment, need to work out why, and the soft keys (on touch screen) are not working, Fader and transport are fine

looks like were SOL on eucon until steiny decides to start shipping cubase 6
won't be too much longer if they hold up to their "end of january" -- probably wont be the case for us stateside

good to know we can atleast do HUI though
