Do perpetual users get GrooveCell and SynthCell?

I have a current Pro Tools Ultimate perpetual license, but haven't seen GrooveCell or SynthCell appear in my iLok account.

I noticed a few people mention elsewhere that GrooveCell and SynthCell are subscription only and are not going to be part of the perpetual offerings.

Can anyone confirm if this is true or not?

I'm in Pro Tools Studio (Previously Pro Tools Vanilla) with a perpetual/active annual support license and I have both SynthCell and GrooveCell in my "My Products" list for download in My Account. I'd assume this is also available for Pro Tools Flex (Previously Pro Tools Ultimate) users. So in short, it does not seem like this is for subscription licenses only.

Ah! I do see them under the "Pro Tools Ultimate" menu in the "My Products" section of my Avid account. I guess they just haven't been deposited to my iLok account yet, so I'll have to wait to activate them.

They are subscription licenses (tied to your plan) but included with all current subscriptions and plans - it's just taking time to deposit a huge number of licenses. From the FAQ:

Are the new GrooveCell and SynthCell virtual instruments included with all tiers?

Yes. These are included as bonus plug-ins with all tiers for current Subscriptions and Software Update + Support Plans.

How are GrooveCell and SynthCell virtual instruments authorized?

They are authorized by iLok licenses. These licenses are tied to your Subscription or Software Updates + Support Pan. Avid began depositing these on Apr 22 (in advance of the release) and is expecting all deposits to be completed by the end of April. Please watch your iLok account for these licenses.

Yes, that's the Software Update + Support Plan referenced in the FAQ.
