Default PT 10 stopped to work kernelbase.dll APPCRASH

Hi I have Trouble with launching ProTools 10 right now.
My Pc is Windows 7SP1x64 desktop with ASUS motherboard,AMD CPU and nvidia VideoCard.

It has worked well for about 8 years but recently Bunch of problems occur, tried to solve them, faced another problems. Most recent one is that ProTools would not launch. It crashes while loading plugins.

Windows/app log says;(sorry it is in Japanese)

例外コード: 0xe06d7363

I moved aax files from plugins folder to (unused) and it never ends. I erased DAEprefs and Databases folder. I tried N key while launching to reset playback engine.
Uninstalled ProTools and re-installed. Changed audio interfaces and drivers.
Reinstalled other requirements like VC++Reditributes and other plugins.
Nothing works. Ran diskcheck, memcheck and nothing found.

Other errors found in Windows/App log;

You should repost this in the section specific to Japanese(or maybe one of the Mods can move it). Not many of us can decipher your post enough to help. Also, your system is quite old and Windows 7 is not supported by Microsoft(but your old Pro Tools may not run on newer). Some possible solutions:
1-restore from a good drive image(useless if you don't save any)
2-re-install everything from scratch(a lot of work, but is a viable solution when the entire system is a mess)

I hope someone else has better advice, but if it were me, I would look at this as a sign its time to update

Google translate does a good job translating this to English.

I suspect you will need to do a clean reinstall of Widows and Pro Tools. Personally I would do that on Windows 10.
