Default Not reading interface

I have just purchasedPro-tools and followed the directions to a T but when Protools loads up, it says it cannot locate my mbox. I have gone to the control panel and my computer does recognize the hardware, but Protools does not. Can anyone assist!!!!!

Start by giving us the info needed to help. Seriously, we don't even know if you run a Mac or a PC. Help us Help You - READ THIS Before Posting!
