No – not if you just updated Windows 10, without first going back to Windows 7, as explained in Post #3

Just in case you didn’t go back to Windows 7, these are the steps:

Run the free CCleaner:
https://www.ccleaner.com/ccleaner/download
Then run the free CCleaner Registry – run 2 or 3 times, until it finds no more to fix

Uninstall Windows 10 and revert back to Windows 7:

Restart computer

Install Pro Tools HD 9.0.6 and the Pro Tools HD 9.0.6 Driver

Restart computer

Only install QuickTime Essentials, as explained here:

Restart computer

Launch Pro Tools 9.0.6 in Windows 10 to see if it works

I have installed windows 10 last week so it's less than 30 days
I will uninstall win 10 like in the link you post.
Then I will install my pro tools 9.0.6 with my HD native pcie card ( it's actually installed in my motherboard on a pcie port.
Then I update from windows 7pro 64bits to windows 10 pro 64 bits with Microsoft tool 20h2
But I would choose to keep my programs install and not to choose a clean install cause I need to keep my PT hd 9.0.6 installed on the Pc.
Before to uninstall windows 10 I start cccleaner registry 2,3 times and I uninstall my pro tools hd driver or not? (cause I have installed a pro tools hd driver for my HD native card)

I should have written:

(1) Uninstall Windows 10
(2) Restart computer

(8) I also installed my Axiom Pro 49 keyboard on Windows 7 (not supported in Windows 10, but works fine after migrating with “keep Programs installed”) – ignore this step if you aren’t using any sort of Controller
(9) Install the MediaCreationTool20H2 and reinstall Windows 10, as described in: https://youtu.be/QdNL-pvvXH4 - choose “keep my programs installed” – don’t choose a “clean install”
(10) Restart computer
(11) Run the free CCleaner:
https://www.ccleaner.com/ccleaner/download
Then run the free CCleaner Registry – run 2 or 3 times, until it finds no more to fix
(12) Restart computer
(13) Launch Pro Tools 9.0.6 in Windows 10 to see if it works

This means install any Programs you need on Windows 7, before migrating to Windows 10 (with all files intact)

When I Uninstall windows 10 like in your link I have to restart the computer but I need to re install windows 7 how?
With USB tool?
DVD?
Or it's a recovery from the windows 10 Uninstall?

(2) From Windows 10, revert to Windows 7: Start Menu>Settings>Update & Security>Recovery>Go back to Windows 7
(3) Restart computer

User CP>Messaging & Notification
Please tick “Enable Private Messaging”
