BM intensity shuttle usb3

Hi,
does the BM intensity shuttle usb3 work with protools for video out like the pcie version?

i have 2 computer, 1 with usb3 and thuntherbolt and one with PCIe (and usb3 in PCIe slot) and no thunderbolt... i'm looking for a device that can work with both
