I listened to that unamed song on your site... just a little constructive criticism.

As for the song it self, feel free to stray from the beat to liven up the rhythm. As for the mixing, to cut some of the mud out, roll off guitar and other sounds below 250-350Hz.

Very few of the songs on my site have words.. in fact only one does, I think. Just me on drums and a few friends getting together and jamming.

Just updated this weekend.. would like comments on the layout as well (even though I can't take credit for it)!

<font size="2" face="Verdana, Arial">I guess that doesn't include turntables????

Maybe a list of what is considered a "musical instrument" would be helpful, or to make it easier you could just disclose your age and we can make assumptions from there as to what you consider a "m.I."

Oh wait, I have a few songs a friend played live bass on!!!! Does that count????

Of course turntables are considerable, actually everything is considerable!
I guess (musical instruments only) sounds
senior.. Well, I'm 21.

Let's gather digi001 instruments music here, you guys! No?

Derek, I listened to your pieces... Wow, how great muisc you make!! Especially <last time>.
It sounds exciting and comfortable. The heavy bass guitar and bass drum make me fell comfortable. Um, sorry, my words are poor.
I'm not good at English. In short, your music is
awesome!

Nori

Oh, <Rad> is also a great one! It sounds.....
I really don't know! Oriental? the Middle East? Anyway, It's sooooo awesome!
(Where, how,) can I buy your CD?

I'm glad you dig the music. They're just jams.. all improvised. We try to get together once a week. It's all I use the digi001 for.

No CDs available, my friend.. just those on the web page. I plan to fill up those 450 megs, though.. you'll have to wait! (Just uploaded some more, actually).

Jam on!

OK, I'll play along...

This is an excerpt from a score for the Koresh Dance Company of Philadelphia, entitled "Ancient Future." The company is a troupe of 12 dancers, running the gamut from classical ballet to modern to middle-eastern folk dance, and they will open their 10th anniversary performance at the Annenberg Center with this piece, this coming Wednesday and Thursday nights...

Ancient Future

Check out the other track if you care to: "In Music City." I'm producing this young lady's debut CD. This track is a dance remix of the title theme to a film I scored last year, for which I had hired Oshia to sing. She and I liked working together, so I'm her producer now. (Yes, I know I'm bending the rules here with vocal material...don't sue me.)

All instrumentals. Follow the link at the bottom of my post. 'Bubbles' has a few vocal samples running through it but I still clasify it as instrumental. All 001/PTle.

Danniielle,

Don't mind me saying so, but...I think you're hot.

"Bubbles" was OK, but "Strange" is very cool. All of the tracks were quite interesting.

Please ring me if you're ever in the States. (Hope I'm not making a husband or boyfriend jealous here.)
