Melodyne and some plug-ins are crashing ProTools 2021.3.0

I am trying to extract MIDI from audio files in protools and trying to use the vintage organ plug-in from Kontakt for an assignment and trying to do both crashes my ProTools 2021.3.0 every time and was wondering if there was anything I can do to possibly fix it.
