iTunes 4 and Mbox are still a bit buggy (or I'm I buggy)

I was just wondering if anyone else is having problems with the Mbox and iTunes 4. When I have the Mbox hooked via the Digi CoreAudio iTunes and then my computer crash after importing a song so I have to disconnect the mbox when importing. But now when the Mbox is hooked up it will only play one song in iTunes then stop. It does not play the playlist. I have to start each song manually. That's goofy.

Anyone else or is it just me?

No help here - sorry, but I did want to write to let you know I've really dug your guitar work over the years! (Especially live w/PT!! Great shows!)

hey pat,

make sure that sound check and crossfade are disabled in the iTunes preferences. the digi coreaudio drivers don't like these effects for some reason. I've got an Mbox on a powerbook and it works great with iTunes 4.

Same problem here. . . iTunes works great with the new driver and the mBox as long as the crossfade isn't enabled. Rats! I Use crossfade. . . not any more. . . oh well, at least it'll play. I'm grateful for that fact. Cheers

Sorry I couldnt anwer your question, but Ive been using iTunes3 with the Core Audio Drivers, and still no problems.
Do you keep in touch with Mr Travers and Mr Aldridge?
