Default Current backup strategies

So what are you folks doing for backup for large projects these days? I mean both
while the film is in progress and when it's all over? How about for music type
projects where one might have a lot of continuous tracks (as opposed to film jobs where
they are more checkerboardy except for the music)? Just park it all on a big FW drive
and hope it keeps working? Are you selling your clients drives for this purpose?
Since I know that some of you working @ bigger facilities are on networks, do you
do the backup at the network level or @ each DAW on its own? Monster AIT drives or?

thanks

Philip Perkins
