PLEASE NOTE: Avid has scheduled critical system maintenance that will temporarily impact your ability to log in and use Avid Link, Pro Tools Cloud Collaboration, Sibelius Cloud Publishing and Sibelius Cloud Sharing solutions, or login and access newly purchased Avid software on the following dates/times:

August 12: 8:15 am GMT/4:15 am EDT to approximately 10:50 am GMT/6:50 am EDT
August 14: 8:25 am GMT/4:25 am EDT to approximately 11:00 am GMT/7:00 am EDT
August 15: 8:35 am GMT/4:35 am EDT to approximately 11:10 am GMT/7:10 am EDT
August 19: 5:05 am GMT/1:00 am EDT to approximately 7:40 am EDT/3:40 am EDT

Avid Link – Servers will be unavailable; users will not be able to log in to Avid Link. To ensure you do not experience disruptions with accessing and using your Avid software, be sure to log in to Avid Link prior to the start of the scheduled maintenance.

Pro Tools Cloud Collaboration – Servers will be unavailable; users will not be able to access any cloud features including signing in, project collaboration, download/upload, etc.

Sibelius Cloud Publishing and Sibelius Cloud Sharing – Servers will be unavailable; users will not be able to render or publish scores

Newly Purchased Avid Software Products – You will not be able to log in to Avid Link to download or access your new Avid software products.
