You are seeing standard macOS file dialog components. A dimmed out icon usually simply means a permission problem. You should start troubleshooting by checking the file permissions of those profile files and the directory they are in and make sure you have suitable read and write permissions.
You seem to be having multiple problems that have been going on for quite a while. Maybe it's time to consider a clean macOS install with clean MTRX driver etc. install and clean Pro Tools to test stuff out with (but not deleting your current working install, and not without knowing you have good backups as well). |
