Structure Free unable to load homemade files from Structure 1.0

Structure Free unable to load homemade files from Structure 1.0

I have a smaller Mbox system and a TDM with Structure 1.0.
I have elaborate home made sample patches that Structure free does not load.
Any ideas where I'm going wrong?
